SANTA FE – The highly-anticipated 45th Annual Conference on Aging is back and ready to inspire, educate, and empower seniors and their caregivers. The event will take place on Monday, November 13th and Tuesday, November 14th at the National Hispanic Cultural Center in Albuquerque. 

This two-day conference is a celebration of seniors and their invaluable contributions to our community, as well as an opportunity for attendees to gain valuable insights, resources, and connections to enhance their quality of life and well-being. 

"We are thrilled to welcome seniors, caregivers, and professionals to the 45th Annual Conference on Aging,” said Aging and Long-Term Services Department Secretary Designate Jen Paul Schroer. “This event is an opportunity to celebrate the wisdom and resilience of our senior community while providing them with the tools and support they need to live their best lives right here in the Land of Enchantment."  

Conference Highlights: 

  • Keynote Speakers: Renowned experts and thought leaders in the field of aging will deliver inspiring talks and presentations on a wide range of topics, from health and wellness to financial planning and caregiving. 
  • Interactive Workshops: Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops designed to provide practical tools and solutions for everyday challenges faced by seniors and caregivers. 
  • Exhibition Hall: A diverse array of exhibitors and service providers will be on hand to offer information on local resources, support services, and community organizations catering to seniors. 
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow attendees, professionals, and advocates dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in New Mexico.
